Therapy provides a dedicated space for reflection, understanding, and healing, whether you are coping with the acute pain of a breakup, facing repeating relational dynamics, or simply seeking greater self-understanding.
My Approach
Some of the issues I can help with
If your relationships have left you feeling unlike yourself — raw, unsure, or stuck — you’re not alone. I support people navigating dating, long-term partnerships, breakups, divorce, and complex family dynamics. You might notice thoughts like, “I can’t stop thinking about my ex,” “I keep choosing the wrong people,” “I’m scared to end this,” or “My family drains me.” Or you may simply find yourself thinking, “I don’t recognise myself anymore,”.
My belief is that healing happens through connection—both with others and, most importantly, with yourself. I aim to offer a therapeutic space that is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your unique view of the world.
Whether you’re facing the acute pain of a breakup or issues with friends and family, perhaps feeling stuck in repeating relational dynamics, or simply trying to understand yourself better, therapy offers a dedicated space to reflect and understand yourself better. While people often appear capable and composed on the outside, I understand the confusion, hurt, or emotional loss that can exist beneath the surface. Together, we explore what’s truly happening so you can move toward clarity, confidence, and stronger emotional grounding.

I specialise in supporting individuals navigating complexity in their intimate and family relationships and sense of self-worth. You might find my approach helpful if you are:
Humanistic Therapies I Practice
The humanistic approach emphasises the individual’s inherent capacity for self-determination and personal growth, focusing on conscious experience and unconscious processes. My approach will help provide benefits as it prioritises your subjective experience and help you reach your potential.
PCA is founded on the belief that clients have the internal resources for growth. I provide a climate of three core conditions: congruence (genuineness), unconditional positive regard (acceptance), and empathic understanding.
TA helps clients understand their patterns of behaviour and communication, identify psychological ‘games,’ and move toward autonomy and understanding the blueprint of who you are.
Gestalt focuses on the client’s experience in the “here and now” to increase awareness of feelings, thoughts, and body sensations. Techniques often involve experimentation and role-playing to help the client achieve progression in understanding where they fit in the relationship.
These models share a common goal of fostering self-awareness, responsibility, and meaning to your life and how you can develop coping mechanisms and strategies in your complex relationships.

Effectiveness and Reach
This approach is highly successful in addressing common adult challenges such as managing stress, overcoming anxiety, and resolving long-standing issues with self-esteem and self-concept.
Humanistic therapies and its principles are widely applied across various fields where supportive relationships are key, including leadership, education, and health care.
